Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the digital product has been delivered to you.

Please note the following important details:

1. Digital Product Nature: Our products are digital and personalized, customized to your specific requirements, and delivered electronically via email, Whatsapp, or download link.
2. Personalization and Revisions: We offer rounds of revisions to ensure accuracy and your satisfaction. Carefully review the proofs and request changes during the revision process. Once you approve the final design, further modifications cannot be made.
3. Customer Support: Our dedicated team is available to assist with any queries or concerns related to your digital invitation card order.
4. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before the design process begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the design process has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy:

– Payment will not be refundable under any circumstances.
– A payment of 100% is required in advance.
